Dt. Tamanna was very friendly and helpful. I especially love how she took care of every detail on what to eat, how much to eat ,at what time to eat. Started with her when I was 94.5 kg (1.5 months ago) and currently I'm 91.8 kg , even after having a few breaks and cheats ! Gym and all is fine but without any proper diet and your proper time management for the same, it's not possible to lose so much weight. And here, that is what you'll get. Great experience !
